At least at initial contact, the pilot starts his sentence with the callsign of the controller then his own.

Then, the pilots always (almost) end his sentence with his own callsign.

  

The controller always starts his sentence by the pilot's callsign.

At least at initial contact, he says his own callsign. Then, he avoid repeating it for each transmission.
