Suspend User Util



This facility is for user by supervisors to SUSPEND a user in an emergency situation that requires immediate intervention.  The only times that this should be used are when the user must be prevented from logging in, and the issue cannot be dealt with by Headquarters.  All use of this facility is audited.

You must provide a full and detailed reason for suspension choosing one in the new window.
